I will retain the all rights to my art. The client is not allowed to claim their piece as their own art, but can claim their character as theirs.

All commissioned art (including emotes) is for personal use ONLY. Commercial use (merchandise, advertising, services) are PROHIBITED unless approved by the artist.

I am allowed to promote the commissioned work on social media.

Client is allowed to repost art, and MUST give credit to me by linking my social media.

Client is not allowed to fix/alter the commissioned art in a certain way.

I have the right to deny a request if I am uncomfortable or feel that I cannot fulfil the request in a timely manner.

Image references are preferred! Descriptions must be concise.

I am allowed to interpret the design if there are inconsistencies or incomplete details.

Any issues must be addressed during the sketching and coloring phase. I WILL NOT accept changes after completion.

Any misconduct/rudeness will be blacklisted and the commission will be rejected.

A request can be asked and send description/reference.

If accepted, please pay half the amount of the total requested commissions through Paypal(This information will be given by me.)

An invoice will be sent. You are allowed 24 hours to reply. The client is responsible for communicating issues, or else I will reject the commission.

The rough sketch will be created, and sent to the client for approval. If not, then a new sketch will be made or adjusted.

When approved, base colors and lineart will be made, and again sent to the client to evaluate.

Final adjustments will be made after the approval of the client. The final evaluation will be shown with watermark and afterwards, a request of the other half of the total will be asked.

If the client cancels before the sketch was produced, then a full refund will be issued.

If the client cancels the commission during the commission progress then there will be partial refund which will be determined by the artist.

No refunds will be given for completed or nearly completed commissions.

The artist reserves the right to cancel a commission at anytime, for any reason, and without explanation.

If I cancel the commission due to my inability to complete it at any state, a full refund will be given.
